it is a Manta debate here and I'm coming
at you looking royal so I have decided
that I'm gonna be starting the cabbage
soup diet now I've done this diet before
in the past and I've lost like seven
pounds in a week I think I've lost even
ten pounds in a week once so I decided
that you know what it's time to have a
little bit of a push my birthday's at
the end of this month and I'm sick and
tired I want to look skinny for my
birthday but anyways I just woke up it
is 12:20 p.m. I know you're thinking
Amanda really twelve o'clock you wake up
at twelve o'clock I did today and I'm
real enough to admit it I'm also gonna
be combining this with intermittent
fasting because I've just been doing
that lately and it's helped to control
my weight because my body just can't
wait for fun I usually kind of like to
eat whatever I would like but I can eat
it whatever I like if I'm in a bit of
fasting so anyways today is day one of
seven days it is January 8th so that
means I'm gonna be doing my fasting till
I'm a 50 I'm gonna weigh myself and then
I'm gonna put on the same outfit for
before and after singers can see the
difference this is my goal outfit as you
can see it fits the dress fits but my
boobs are like overflowing out I just
have to adjust the straps and make it
tighter but I can't really do that by
myself and the back it can zip I'm
pretty sure I could zip the back but I
just it's so hard to get into this I
have a lot of fat fat going over it but
it's not bad like I feel like this dress
could work five seven pounds and be good
so this is before
and let's hope that after in this dress
doesn't look like there before go is you
ready to get skinnier bad okay so I went
to superstore to do my groceries that's
just where go grocery shopping I managed
to get everything I needed for the stool
and a bag of apples for only $25 so
imagine how you know much money I want
to save this week because literally
that's all I'm gonna be eating for the
rest of the week and I only spent $25 so
if you're broke and trying to get skinny
what a wonderful way to do it so you
guys the cabbage soup recipe I'll link
it down below but I want to advise you
to please take your time to cook it
my best friend kill she does this soup
every now and then and one time I made
it for her and she said mine tasted ten
times better than hers and trust me this
soup is gonna be your life for a week
and a week might not seem like a long
time baby girl but when it is the same
meal or day all day it is a long time so
take your time making the soup another
thing that I do is I use shredded
cabbage it just makes it a lot easier
I had chicken broth instead of vegetable
broth I find chicken broth has more
flavor and I add a lemon a piece of
lemon that little piece of lemon goes a
long way it just adds a lot of flavor to
the soup really make sure you season it
well your favorite seasonings and I also
added parsley I really like parsley and
I felt like it keeps like a nice you
know flavor to it so take your time with
the soup because trust me girl it's
gonna be a long seven days if you don't
but look at that let's get started yeah
so it's eight o'clock it's still day one
and I heard this thing on the internet
that it takes 21 days to break a habit
I'm on day one and I'm already dying
I kind of gave up carbs for a week but I
had pizza yesterday so I feel extremely
hungry I know I'm not hungry cuz I just
ate my last bowl of soup but my mind
just feels like I need more so this is
gonna be an interesting seven days I
look so bad my goal is to lose at least
seven pounds if I could lose more than
seven pounds I'll be amazing and I was
gonna go to the gym today too but I
didn't end up going to the gym because I
hurt my back
while putting on the dress trying to zip
it I don't know what I pulled honey but
my back hurts so yeah that is the end of
day one it is day two I also have my
cranberry tea on the side here it's day
three of the cabbage soup diet am i
dying no I'm actually sick though so
it's kind of helped suppress my appetite
so like I told you guys I'm doing the
cabbage soup diet and I'm still
intermittent fasting and I've been
intermittent fasting for a long time now
so I'm kind of just used to these eating
hours and it really helps with my
digestion if you're gonna do what I'm
doing you don't have to do the
intermittent fasting with it that's just
what I'm doing but anyways I just had my
cranberry teeth and I'm gonna have
apples like has my breakfast I don't
really feel like having this super in oh
and I bought a huge big apples as you
guys saw so yeah so I just want to show
you guys my awesome Apple cutter I got
this in Japan I'm gonna try and use one
hand no I can't use one hand because
you're not pull a three so far I'm doing
good I think because I'm sick it's kind
of making my appetite okay I usually get
more hungry at night than during the day
so I'm okay but I'm just gonna eat this
two apples and edit all right welcome to
day four now I filmed this clip at the
hotel I was actually on a layover in New
York but I realized later on a couple
days later that there was no sound on
this I don't know why I don't know what
happened but basically I was telling you
guys that it's kind of hard doing the
cabbage soup while flying this was the
first day that I was on the cabbage soup
diet on my way back at work so it's kind
of like oh my gosh it's really hard to
function off cabbage soup especially cuz
you can't really warm up soup on the
plane and then the hotel we're staying
at didn't have a microwave and the
cabbage soup was making me super super
gassy you guys it was making me super
regular so like I was going to the
bathroom so much I was also drinking
Daniel ante so it could have been that
which is what I just showed you guys but
a combination of all of it I was going
to the bathroom so much I was a little
bit bloated too and I just could not
stop farting it was just like a mess
so that's my ghetto concoction right
there this is the heater it's not bad
like pointing on my swing I have to
world 8 in here and the cabbage - this
is obviously not gonna like warm it all
the way out but it'll warm it up a
little bit but anyways this is my room I
love this room you guys the lighting is
so bright doesn't even look at that
bright on camera but trust me it is
super bright in here I have my laptop
there cuz I'm gonna be editing tonight
and this is my bathroom this is a shower
I hate how close up the iPhone camera
makes everything like I'm actually
really far from the mirror day 4 we're
still going strong so you guys I'm so
tired I just landed from my New York
flight I had a really hot guy on the
flight and he was like a model like he
was like a gym model so that was fun but
anyways today is day 5 of the cabbage
soup diet I'm still sick it was actually
snowing when I landed in Vancouver today
so like I was walking outside in the
snow with a nuts orem jacket yesterday
day 4 I didn't have any soup actually I
had two apples a boiled egg and a couple
grapes on the plane so I really didn't
eat a lot yesterday and it's mostly
because I'm sick so don't really have an
appetite and then also I think because I
just don't feel like eating the soup it
adds to me not having an appetizer let's
say I had pizza I know sick I'd probably
still eat right so today I had a ball
soup I actually warmed it up on the
plane I had an apple and I was really
hungry as really faint when I got on the
plane cuz I didn't feel like eating my
soup cold so I just had some chicken my
friend had a deli chicken wrap and I
just had some of the chicken in it like
I didn't take anything else out I just
ate the chicken so that held me a little
bit because I was like oh my gosh I'm
about to faint and then I had a little
bit uh or just just like about this much
in a cup and then I added some club soda
so I wouldn't really say that's a cheap
but I did think I mentioned that but
it's me and technically on the cabbage
soup diet there's like a chart that
tells you where you can eat every day
and chicken is on one of the days so
it's fine
now I'm fine like I'm not really hungry
i watch a lot of muck bongs at night
that kind of helps me keep going
tomorrow's day six I'm
tomorrow I'm probably gonna stay home
because I need to get over this cold
before I go back to work because I live
it up one day and I go back to work so I
need to get myself together yeah that's
pretty much it thank you
morning guys it is day six I just
weighed myself you guys and I've been
feeling so freakin skinny and I weighed
myself and I lost weight but not as much
as I thought girl I thought I had lost a
whole hundred pounds and the skill said
no man I'm feeling a little bit
discouraged by that because I've been
going so hard and I haven't even been
eating that much because I've been sick
I haven't had much of an appetite as you
can see I'm still sick I'm about to eat
a bowl of soup and I've got my cranberry
tea
day6 is hard um I've been watching mugs
which has obviously not helped I usually
watch them at night so like I can't eat
at night cuz I don't like to eat after
8:00 but because it's daytime right now
I just really screwed myself over
I have turkey sausage in the fridge and
I so badly just want to make it I just
need meat like you guys I could never go
vegetarian I needed me in my life I made
some turkey sausages and egg I'm gonna
have an apple I'm starving and I need
something different it's not a cheat
because technically the cabbage soup
diet says you can't have protein it's
j7s my cabbage soup diet I'm working
today way to Mexico so so far I've had
an apple I'm almost done at some tea I
probably have elbow off cabbage soup and
then maybe we just have an apple a
little plain I don't really know because
I'm kind of out of tablet soup like I
have two bowls left which is perfect in
Mexico I'll just eat like veggies and
food and maybe like plain meat because I
can't wait myself till I come back but
it should be fine and I've been working
when I worked out today and yesterday so
yeah anyway next time y'all see me I'll
go get dippers out of this whole time

so I'm in my gold dress it fits better
than it did before but it's still really
tight and I actually was not able to zip
it up all the way to the top it can zip
to the top I mean there's only two
inches left by the way shout out to this
zipper this zipper is holding on to dear
life because this dress is still tight I
managed to put the straps up I don't
think I'd feel comfortable wearing this
dress till I lost a couple more pounds
but I'm really happy that the dress fits
unfortunately I only lost six point six
pounds on the cabbage soup diet which
was very little actually because in the
past when I've done it even when I
weighed less I lost more but I think the
reason why I didn't lose as much weight
is because I didn't exercise in the past
when I did the cabbage soup diet I would
exercise but this time I was sick as you
guys saw I think I did an at-home
workout like twice but I didn't go to
the gym so that didn't help and then
also because I was sick I drank Neil
stitch and I think two nights and I had
halls and stuff Hall's aren't candies
but they're sweet like candies so that
could have been a factor but still
losing six point six pounds in seven
days is still really really good it's
just the cabbage soup is such a crash
diet that usually you lose a little bit
more so on average I lost about a pound
a day I'm trying to eat healthier and go
on a healthy journey this year and I've
been doing really good I've lost I think
almost 15 pounds since December 30th so
the cabbage soup diet for me personally
it is a crash diet but I did it because
I wanted to just kind of get my body
used to eating healthy again and now
that I've done the cabbage soup diet
when I have broccoli and chicken like
yesterday last night I had broth and
chicken for dinner and now when I have
anything else it tastes like heaven
because the cabbage soup makes you hate
cabbage so like by the end of it I just
really did not want to eat cabbage I
didn't want any at all actually it was a
really good way to start off my whole
eating healthy thing I'm not doing any
carbs I don't know for how long but till
I'm satisfied with how much weight I've
lost in terms of the result I am really
happy I mean six pounds in a week is
amazing and it's a great jumpstart to
your die
but the cabbage soup is not and all
Beals but it is a great way to start off
a health journey I definitely recommend
if you're gonna do the cabbage soup diet
keep yourself hydrated drink a lot of
water don't get sick and have to drink
Neill Citroen and all that stuff with
sugar in it because the pure you do it
the better and also exercise exercise
them will go a long way I did the
intermittent fasting with my cabbage
soup diet which probably helped but you
don't have to because in the past I've
lost like 10 pounds from doing the
cabbage soup for like seven eight days
without intermittent fasting so it all
depends on what works well for your
schedule for me personally I've been
doing intermittent fasting for a while
now and it just really helps with my
digestion like I feel like it's not too
hard for me because I've been doing it
for so long that's it for my cabbage
soup diet and it was a shark shots okay
if you guys are into these healthy
losing weight challenges let me know
because I really enjoyed doing this and
this year we want to change my life and
be healthy again I think I'll be doing a
lot more of these I'm thinking of doing
15,000 steps every day for a week for my
next challenge I don't know let me know
